• Log out of the BRIDJ App and login using the Transport Connect option.
  • After the Step 1, while making the booking, you should see the Payment Option appear for the Transport Connect along side the Card payment option.
  •  Select the Transport Connect option and it should highlight it self.
  • Check your email for the booking confirmation, it should mention the payment option selected, e.g., Transport Connect.
  • You can also login to your Transport Connect account on a Computer and ensure all the details are upto date including the Opal Card and backup Card payment option in the Transport Connect.
  • If all of these don't resolve the issue, you will need to Transport Connect Customer Support.
  • Alternatively, Use the card saved in the BRIDJ App as a payment option while making the booking. However, the On-Demand Travel Credit won't be credited.
