• Once you have chosen an a trip that suits you, the application will present you with a Boarding Pass. This will include the following information:
    • Walking instructions and the suggested time to leave to reach your pick up location on time.
    • Pick Up location details and time window.
    • Bus and Driver details (note this will be shown closer to your Pick Up time)
    • Drop Off location details and time window.  
    • Any final walking instructions to your ultimate destination, if applicable.
  • When you first book your Pick Up and Drop Off time will be shown as a 10 minute window. Closer to your Pick Up time, this will be updated to an exact time and the Bus and Driver details will also be added and you will be able to track your bus on the map.
