On Demand customers will be able to receive travel credits when they book and pay with Transport Connect and transfer between an On Demand services and an Opal network service like the bus, train, ferries, or metro services, within 60 minutes. Transport Connect customers will receive a $2 travel credit for adult fares and a $1 travel credit for child/concession fares. To receive the travel credit:- sign up to Transport Connect,- update your transport operator app and sign in with your Trransport Connect credentials- book and pay for an On Demand trip via Transport Connect, then,- transfer between an On Demand service to an Opal network service within 60 minutes. Travel credits are added to your Transport Connect balance and are used for a future On-Demand trip. Your Transport Connect travel credits will be automatically used to pay for future Transport Connect services when your Transport Connect account balance is high enough to pay the full fare.
