If you are not at your pick up location at the pick up time the bus will only wait for 2 minutes. If you have not arrived after 2 minutes your booking will be cancelled and you will need to rebook. If you know that you will miss your pick up time please cancel your booking in the application or contact customer support by emailing us at TorrensOnDemand@torrenstransit.com.au or by phoning 1300 022 942.
