• If you are having issues with the application first check the following things:
  1. Does your device/smartphone have reception/service?
  2. Are you using the latest version of the application?
  • If having checked these things and you are still having issues try restarting your device/smartphone and reopen the application.
  • Should these steps not resolve the issue contact customer support by phoning 1300 110 648 or emailing FlexiRide@transitsystems.com.au.
  • You will need to provide information relating to the type of issue(s) you are experiencing along with an error code/message so these can be investigated.
