- If you are not at your pick up location at the pick up time the bus will only wait for 2 minutes.
- If you have not arrived after 2 minutes your booking will be cancelled and you will need to rebook.
- If you know that you will miss your pick up time please cancel your booking in the application or contact customer support by phoning 1300 110 648 or emailing FlexiRide@transitsystems.com.au.
